Step 2: A semi-finish feature will be sent for your pre-approval in 5-7 working days, this is to ensure that our customer will feel happy and satisfy when receive their figurine in hand
Step 3: Once feature is approved, our artist will then proceed to make the semi-finish hair for approval in next 1-2 working days
Step 4: Once hair is approved, our artist will proceed to cleaning, make up, fix to the body and arrange ship out from factory. And finally, figurine will reach Malaysia HQ and our team will arrange to courier out the package to your doorstep
