Q-Family (M) Sdn Bhd was founded in March 2008. Currently, we have two kiosks located at Sunway Pyramid, Selangor and Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur . We are proud to touch the life of our customers with our innovation that is dear to our heart. Continuous innovation to create differentiation is our passion.

Our founder, Samuel Chen is a perfectionist. Having created countless number of clay miniature with his human touch, he brought to life these creations to enchant the life of many. He started off the journey with producing hand-made key-chains and mobile phone dangler from a single stall by the sidewalk. By 2001, he started to venture into production of bulk clay miniatures figurine. It swept the market by storm, the impact was unforgettable. Not only it stirred much interests in the media, the product became a de-facto gift for friends, love ones, partners, family and etc.

We have partners around the world in countries such as Hong Kong , Japan , Germany , New York , France , USA and Singapore . In each of these countries, we are uniquely present in hot-spots.
